PERSONAL STATEMENT
Over the years I have lived and worked in many different
countries and have gained an understanding and appreciation of the dietary
diversity worldwide. I use this knowledge to make nutrition counseling practical
and meaningful for all my clients. After reviewing your present eating habits
and lifestyle I will advise you on changes you need to make to improve your
diet, and will then guide you through these changes.
I look forward to working with you to achieve your
nutritional goals, be it weight loss, lowering your cholesterol, managing your
medical condition, feeding your child, or improving your diet.
