INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM

The Weight Loss Program offered by GNS will provide you with an easy to follow, customized eating plan, that allows you to lose weight while eating healthy. Once you have reached your goal weight you will be able to maintain it. You will feel good about yourself and more energetic. Your cholesterol and blood pressure will improve and the risk of developing Heart Disease and Diabetes will be reduced.

The program consists of five weekly sessions with the Dietitian, who will guide you through the necessary changes and monitor your progress. At each session you will receive feedback and more nutrition information. After completing the program, you will have all the information you need to continue on your own. Additional follow up can be arranged and suited to your needs.

All sessions will be conducted through e-mail or * telephone.
